Taken during the height of the American summer this image was captured right in the middle of Death Valley National Park - California. It's a long drive through the middle of Death Valley and I would recommend a reliable car for the journey but it's an amazing place and well worth doing if you ever get the chance.
Not a unique shot as I think everyone that travels to New York City will probably have a version of this, however the light was kind on the day and I was happy with the final product. This photo was taken at the highest point of the observatory deck of the Rockefeller Center NYC.
Cherry Blossom season in Nakameguro, Tokyo. Strangely not a shot of the cherry blossoms however there was something about these lanterns that caught my eye. Cherry Blossom season is definitely worth seeing in person if the opportunity presents itself.
A lollie vending machine on an old, weathered, graffitied wall in Berlin, Germany. This was at the end of a long day of walking and riding a bike around town. I took this just before the sun started to set on the wall near a decrepit sign leading to an old bunker that's been converted into a bar (pretty common result of these spaces in Berlin).
Classic shot of the Venice sign in Venice Beach, Los Angeles. The only challenge here is running into the middle of the intersection to take the photo and get out of the way before getting hit. The price you pay to get the shot.
On an icy day in Japan I caught the ropeway in Hakone to the top of the mountain which gives you an amazing view of the adjacent Mt. Fuji. Whilst up there at the very peak of the mountain I was able to capture this historic building perched right on top.
